How significant challenges in our lives impact our thoughts, beliefs, feelings, bodies, and behaviors
The four phases of a BirthQuake along with the risks and gifts of each phase
The power of our stories
The personal and cultural myths that intensify our pain and hold us back
Using writing as a transformational tool such as the “5 phase letter” and Identifying and Claiming the lessons contained within our pain
Creating our own unique pathway to possibilities
